1. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging.


2. Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, accessories, or final sale/discounted pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page for details before purchasing.


3. How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@maisonzefiro.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address in India.


4. Who covers the return shipping cost?

• Domestic (within India): Return shipping is complimentary.
• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs/duties associated with the return.


5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.


6. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible if the requested item is available. To secure your desired piece, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.


7. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Do you accept international returns?

Yes, we accept returns from most countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs clearance, and any applicable duties when sending items back to India.
