How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [insert email]. Once the order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Are exchanges available?
Yes. If the size or style you want is available, we will be happy to exchange your item. Otherwise, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?

Do you offer alterations?
At this time, we do not provide alteration services. However, many of our garments are designed with tailoring-friendly finishes for easy adjustments by a professional.
